Refund Policy

National Black Yellow Pages is an online Yellow Pages Directory website.

All our services, including directory listings and Banner Ads, are reviewed and activated within 48 hours of receipt of payment, therefore, like other directory services; National Black Yellow Pages does not offer refunds and all sales are final.

National Black Yellow Pages is not obligated to make a proof copy of the Internet Advertising available to Advertiser. Advertiser's obligation to pay is not contingent upon Advertiser's receipt and/or approval of a proof copy. Customer is responsible for reviewing the accuracy of their listing.

If you request that your listing be removed before the end of a period for which you have paid the Fee, you agree that the National Black Yellow Pages will not be required to refund any portion of such fee.
